What Are the Requirements to Become a DDTMPL Explorer?
After signing up as a customer, you need to fill the Co-Commerce Enrollment Form to become a DDTMPL Explorer.
Everyone who is:
- 18 years or older
- An Indian citizen
- Invited by an existing DDTMPL Seller Partner
is eligible to become a DDTMPL Explorer. You will also need to provide a valid Government ID at the time of enrollment.

What Payment Options Do I Have When Buying from DDTMPL?

What Advantage Do Seller Partners Get When They Share Their PAN Card with DDTMPL?
If a Seller Partner shares their PAN card details with DDTMPL, the TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) on their earnings will be deducted at the standard rate of 5%.
However, if a Seller Partner does not provide their self-attested PAN card copy, TDS will be deducted at 20%, as per the provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

However, if your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

What Happens If a DDTMPL Seller Partner Doesn't Follow the Code of Conduct?
If a DDTMPL Seller Partner fails to follow the Code of Conduct, their Seller License may be subject to immediate termination or other disciplinary actions, which may include:
- Forfeiture of commissions
- Suspension of Seller License
- Legal action
- Or any other action deemed necessary by the company
All actions will be taken at the sole discretion of DDTMPL, based on the nature and severity of the violation, on a case-to-case basis.
