1. Products Covered
This policy applies to all fashion and lifestyle products sold on www.ddtmpl.com, including:
- Apparel
- Footwear
- Accessories
- Sunglasses
2. Return Eligibility
You are eligible to request a return if:
- The return request is made within 30 days of purchase or within the specific return period mentioned on the product page, whichever is applicable.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact.
Important Note:
- After 30 days from the date of purchase, no return or refund requests will be accepted.
- For hygiene reasons, innerwear, socks, and swimwear are strictly non-returnable.
3. Reporting an Issue
In case of any of the following issues:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged product received
- Missing items in the order

4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product passes our quality check at DDTMPL’s warehouse.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a wrong, defective, or damaged product.
5. Order Cancellation
- You can cancel your order before dispatch through the Order section of your DDTMPL account.
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, you may apply for a return after delivery.
6. Non-Eligible Returns
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Product is used, washed, or damaged
- Tags or packaging are missing
- Product carries any odor, stains, or signs of wear
- The item is part of a bundle promotion (partial returns are not allowed)
7. Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping
- DDTMPL will arrange up to 3 pickup attempts for your return.
- If pickup fails, you can self-ship the product to our warehouse at the following address:

8. Dispute Resolution
All disputes related to returns, refunds, or cancellations will be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction will be with the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
