1. Products Covered

This policy applies to all fashion and lifestyle products sold on www.ddtmpl.com, including:

  • Apparel
  • Footwear
  • Accessories
  • Sunglasses

2. Return Eligibility

You are eligible to request a return if:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of purchase or within the specific return period mentioned on the product page, whichever is applicable.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags, labels, and original packaging are intact.

Important Note:

  • After 30 days from the date of purchase, no return or refund requests will be accepted.
  • For hygiene reasons, innerwear, socks, and swimwear are strictly non-returnable.

3. Reporting an Issue

In case of any of the following issues:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product received
  • Missing items in the order

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product passes our quality check at DDTMPL’s warehouse.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a wrong, defective, or damaged product.

5. Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order before dispatch through the Order section of your DDTMPL account.
  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, you may apply for a return after delivery.

6. Non-Eligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product is used, washed, or damaged
  • Tags or packaging are missing
  • Product carries any odor, stains, or signs of wear
  • The item is part of a bundle promotion (partial returns are not allowed)

7. Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping

  • DDTMPL will arrange up to 3 pickup attempts for your return.

8. Dispute Resolution

All disputes related to returns, refunds, or cancellations will be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction will be with the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
