Digital Design Technology Marketing – Community Commerce Terms & Guidelines

These guidelines are for all DDTMPL Creators, Affiliates, and Community Partners who promote DDTMPL’s fashion and lifestyle products.

Section 1: Partnership Basics

• Joining the DDTMPL community is free of cost—no registration or training fees.
• Only individuals above 18 years can participate as community partners.
• By collaborating with DDTMPL, you agree to follow these guidelines and help us maintain brand integrity.

Section 2: Community Partner Commitments

• Promote only official DDTMPL products through ethical and transparent methods.
• Use official product images, prices, and descriptions.
• Do not sell DDTMPL products in retail shops or other e-commerce sites.
• Do not misrepresent your role—you are a DDTMPL promoter, not company staff.
• Use digital payment links only—never accept cash on behalf of DDTMPL.
• Respect return, refund, and customer support policies as per DDTMPL website.

Section 3: Prohibited Activities

Please avoid the following:

• Creating false job offers or misleading income claims
• Using DDTMPL’s brand name/logo without permission
• Posting fake ads or promotions
• Operating multiple accounts with false information
• Promoting competing brands using DDTMPL channels
• Charging money for training or affiliate access
• Sharing internal tools, logins, or misusing platform resources

Violation of these guidelines may result in removal from the community partnership program and possible legal action.

Section 4: Payment & Compliance

• All rewards are processed via NEFT/UPI/IMPS.
• All taxes (like TDS, income tax) are the responsibility of the recipient.
• DDTMPL reserves the right to modify these guidelines at any time through official communication.
